I recently had an issue with a new toilet installed. After sending a formal request they responded quickly and sent a technician to resolve the problem. The technician, MAURICIO, is 5 STARS excellent - very professional, respectful, thorough and attentive to the issue. He took the time to make sure everything was fixed properly and provided great customer service. I truly appreciate his effort and professionalism. While I wish the initial response had been quicker, I do appreciate that once they addressed my concern, they handled it efficiently. Overall, great service in the end, and I truly recommend Paramount Plumbing, especially Mauricio.

Paramount Plumbing came through like a champ!! Mother's Day weekend (Friday night to be specific) and water started shooting out of the front electrical panels of my hot water heater along with a burning smell in the air. I don't even know how that's possible! I live on the top floor of a condo building so we were SUPER LUCKY to quickly catch the issue, turn off the breaker and shut the valve leading to the unit. After receiving a referral from another company I know and respect (shout out to Green Team too!!!) I was able to send specs, dimensions and pictures of the old unit directly to the owner of Paramount on Saturday morning. After dealing with the headache of condo association that's extremely strict and an emergency repair we were able to get the paperwork in order and Mike Schacht (our technician) was on his way early afternoon Saturday. He had the exact unit we needed and the final installation and piping were even better than what was there before. He did an AMAZING job and we had hot water in less than 24 hours from the start of the issue - I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Thank you to the Paramount Plumbing team and their great service, reliability and flexibility for making my Mother's Day a success :)!!

Called the locals plumbing union to find a plumber. Suggested I use this company. They are not wrong. A professional and knowledgeable technician showed up. Fixed my issues without problem. Company communicates well. Probably not the cheapest but a qualified union tradesmen will correctly resolve your issue. Will use Paramount for all plumbing needs.

Was very impressed with the service of Paramount. Mauricio called me in the morning with an eta, which was nice. He arrived when he said and worked very cleanly and methodically to get to the problem which entailed removing the toilet and replacing it back afterwards. He explained thoroughly the problem and how he resolved it. So far, so good and definitely recommend Paramount, and especially Mauricio, to anyone looking for competent plumbing services!
